How to install SharePoint server 2013 December Update
Today i had this problem when i tried to install SharePoint 2013 December update
"The expected version of the product was not found on the system – Error when trying to Install SharePoint Service pack"
the error appears when i tried to r un the .exe directly i run it using cmd and it working correctly but you have to supply the following property:
and this solved my problem.

- PACKAGE.BYPASS.DETECTION.CHEK=1
and this solved my problem.
